Filling a Brasserie Twenty Four Floors Above the City

BISOUBISOU is a rooftop brasserie and bar on the 24th floor in Kalasatama: French tradition, New York attitude and a glass terrace above all of Helsinki.

the BRIEF

A destination address outside the destination district.

A French brasserie belongs on a boulevard, not a residential tower beyond the centre. Evenings drew the city upward, while afternoons and early hours sat quiet, and the brand had to stay effortless while working hard.

Give every hour of the day its audience.

Date  built a strategy for the building itself: afterwork promotions for the district's offices, lunch and business group offerings told through Instagram and TikTok, and evening content that kept the brasserie the city's most romantic table upstairs.

The best marketing in hospitality is invisible by the end. Guests believe they discovered the room themselves, and the city believes it was always talking about it. Only two parties ever know how it really started.

This story, too,
began with a date.

Every engagement in the house began the same way: a venue with ambition and a conversation without obligation. Ask how this case was built, what it required, and what a similar path could look like for your rooms.
