Events & Activations
For Restaurants & Hotels

Opening nights, chef collaborations, press dinners and brand moments — designed and produced to be photographed, filmed and talked about. An event is the one medium hospitality owns outright: the room, the table and the evening itself. We treat it as a campaign with a start time, built to echo far beyond the guests in the room.

Why Most Events Are Forgotten by Friday?

A nice evening is not a campaign.
Good food, pleasant guests, no story — the event happens and evaporates. Without a creative idea and a plan for its afterlife, the budget buys one night instead of a season of attention.

The right room, the wrong guests.
An event's value is its guest list. Fill the room with whoever accepts and the photos are full, the impact empty. Press, creators and the industry come for a reason — the reason has to be designed.

Nobody captures it properly.
The evening that was not filmed did not happen — not for the thousands who were never in the room. A phone in the corner is not coverage; it is a missed multiplication.

The evening is the campaign

Every event starts as an idea worth attending: a collaboration, a launch, a moment the city has not seen. We design the concept, curate the guest list — press, creators and the industry's connected names — and produce the evening so it performs twice: once in the room, once across feeds and press in the weeks after. Our own team captures it at a cinematic standard, the story is placed where it counts, and one night's budget returns a season of content and conversation.

FAQ

Before You Ask

What kinds of events do you produce?

Opening nights, chef collaborations and guest-chef dinners, press and creator dinners, product and menu launches, anniversaries and brand moments — plus industry evenings like the house's own Full House. Anything where a room, a table and a story meet.

What does event production include?

Concept and creative direction, guest list curation, invitations and communications, venue and programme production, on-site management, full photo and film capture by the house's own team, and the press and social afterlife that makes the evening travel.

Why should a marketing house run our event instead of an event planner?

A planner delivers logistics; a marketing house delivers outcomes. We design the evening backwards from what it should produce — coverage, content, relationships — and because strategy, PR and production sit under one roof, nothing is lost between the idea and the night.

Who ends up on the guest list?

The people who multiply an evening: food and lifestyle press, creators with real audiences, industry names, your best guests. Curated per event and per goal — a full room is easy, the right room is the work.

How far ahead should we plan an event?

Six to ten weeks for most evenings; longer for large launches or seasonal peaks when calendars fill. The concept needs time to be worth attending, and the right guests need asking before their season books.

Can an event work for a small venue?

Often better than for a large one — intimacy is an asset. Twenty right guests around one table can produce more coverage and conversation than two hundred in a hall. The idea does the work; the square metres do not.

Opening a restaraunt, or hotel?

The most expensive marketing mistake in hospitality is made before the doors open.
An opening happens once. We help founders, hotel groups and chains get it right the first time. Testing the concept against the real market, studying the audience and the neighbourhood, sharpening positioning and pricing, and building anticipation months before launch.
