A Digital Home for Helsinki's Most Authentic Omakase

Hanayagi is an intimate omakase counter on Kasarmikatu, led by native Japanese chef Yamamoto Takao and devoted to the ancient craft of aged sushi and seasonal ceremony.

Kasarmikatu 25, Helsinki
the BRIEF

A sacred experience with no digital equal.

The counter honours rituals centuries old, yet guests discover restaurants through screens. Hanayagi needed a digital presence as mysterious and precise as the room, and to be found first by everyone in Helsinki searching for omakase.

A website built like the experience it serves.

The house designed and developed the site in Hanayagi's own aesthetic, integrated SevenRooms so every seat is reserved seamlessly, and built the search foundation that places the restaurant at the top for omakase in Helsinki, across Google and AI assistants.

The best marketing in hospitality is invisible by the end. Guests believe they discovered the room themselves, and the city believes it was always talking about it. Only two parties ever know how it really started.

This story, too,
began with a date.

Every engagement in the house began the same way: a venue with ambition and a conversation without obligation. Ask how this case was built, what it required, and what a similar path could look like for your rooms.
